Environmental Analyst
BrightFields is an award winning environmental consulting firm involved with the redevelopment of Brownfield properties. We are always accepting resumes for candidates with 0-8 years of experience. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field.
The Environmental Analyst supports projects involving the assessment and remediation of environmentally impaired properties. Competent in site investigation and data interpretation. Prepare technically sound reports. Conduct field and health and safety oversight. Understand the requirements of applicable regulatory programs. Communicate with regulators, clients, and stakeholders. Prepare complex site investigation and remediation oversight proposals, keeping track of project budgets and scope changes.
The candidate should be comfortable in a wide variety of working environments, which will include outdoor fieldwork as well as office work. This position requires good writing and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be able to think independently, yet work well with a team. Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Health and Safety training certification is a plus.
